Failure to make the required payment within the specified time may result in the cancellation of the booking, and applicable cancellation charges may apply.
Any bank, payment gateway, currency conversion or transaction charges, where applicable, may be payable by the traveller.
5. Cancellation by the Traveller
If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, you should inform Krem Chympe as soon as possible.
Cancellation charges depend on:
- The date of cancellation
- The departure date
- Hotel cancellation policies
- Transportation policies
- Permit and activity policies
- Supplier-specific cancellation conditions
Certain bookings may be partially or completely non-refundable after confirmation.
Any applicable refund will be calculated after deducting non-refundable amounts and cancellation charges imposed by the relevant suppliers.
The cancellation terms applicable to your specific booking may be communicated separately in your quotation or booking confirmation.
6. Changes Requested by the Traveller
Requests to change travel dates, hotels, vehicles, activities, number of travellers or other arrangements are subject to availability.
Additional charges may apply for any changes.
If a requested change results in cancellation charges from a hotel, transport operator, activity provider or another supplier, those charges may be payable by the traveller.
7. Changes to the Itinerary
The itinerary provided at the time of booking represents the planned travel arrangements.
The order or timing of activities may need to change because of weather, road conditions, traffic, local restrictions, opening hours, availability, safety considerations or other circumstances.
Where necessary, Krem Chympe may replace an unavailable service or activity with a reasonably comparable alternative.
We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the overall experience described in the confirmed itinerary.
8. Weather, Roads and Local Conditions
Travel to remote, rural or mountainous areas can be affected by changing weather and road conditions.
Heavy rain, landslides, flooding, road construction, traffic restrictions, poor road conditions and other local circumstances may cause delays or changes to the itinerary.
Travel times provided in itineraries are estimates and should not be considered guaranteed journey times.
Safety will take priority over following the original itinerary.
Additional expenses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control may be payable by the traveller where applicable.
9. Permits and Restricted Areas
Certain destinations, attractions or activities may require permits, government approvals, identification documents or other permissions.
Travellers are responsible for providing accurate documents and information required for obtaining such permissions.
Access to a restricted area cannot be guaranteed where permission is refused, unavailable or suspended by the relevant authorities.
Permit fees and related charges may be non-refundable.
10. Accommodation
Accommodation will be provided according to the category and inclusions stated in the confirmed booking.
Specific hotels may be changed where necessary because of availability, operational issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where possible, an alternative of a similar category will be provided.
Standard hotel check-in and check-out times apply.
Requests such as early check-in, late check-out, specific room views, adjoining rooms, particular room locations or specific room types are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.
11. Transportation
Transportation will be arranged according to the vehicle type and itinerary specified in the confirmed booking.
Actual travel time may vary depending on traffic, weather, road conditions, local restrictions and other circumstances.
Drivers may refuse or modify a route where they reasonably believe that travelling further would create a safety risk or where the route is inaccessible.
Additional transportation requirements not included in the confirmed itinerary may incur additional charges.
